It was a pleasure working with Charlie and Harrison. Charlie is a fantastic artist, communicative and knowledgeable. Harrison was a fantastic facilitator for the whole process. I appreciated that they offered more services but didn't press. I happily recommend J3media now, and hope that I'll have another need for their services.

My first experience working with a graphic designer and they were great! Communication was clear and prompt. Charlie answered every question for me and walked me through the process (and then some). He delivered the perfect logo for me and my business. I am very happy with the outcome. Will be using them in the future!

Harrison & Haley have been amazing. I wish I could give them 10 stars. After researching large and small companies to help us redesign our website, we decided on J3Media and are so happy we did! Being a smaller company, we decided we wanted to work with a smaller company in hopes that they would be better to work with, and they were and went above and beyond on so many levels!

J3media built our original website over 7 years ago, we have had tons of compliments on it and it brought us an enormous amount of work over the years. Last year they rebuilt that website and we have been very pleased with the new version and the constant flow of work it brings us. It has been - and continues to be - an absolute pleasure to work with Harrison, Haley and J3 media. We worked with them to build a new company website, and they continue to help us tweak and manage this. They even helped with some last minute graphic design work, and we were so impressed (we knew we would be). J3 Media is amazing at what they do. We have had some email and server issues due to using a hosting company with outdated servers. Not only did Harrison help us migrate to a new company with modern servers, he also tried his best to explain how it all works to give us a better idea of what we were doing. Very quick response time with any issues we've had and they know their stuff. I highly recommend J3 Media to anyone.
